Events & Classes

The Association of Rug Care Specialists is an international organization of in-plant rug cleaners founded to enhance the quality of area rug care across the industry. Through educational programs and shared experiences, such as tours of cleaning plants, carpet mills, rug dealers and museums, ARCS fosters a spirit of co-operative knowledge sharing from members of every size and ability level.

The ARCS educational program covers a wide variety of topics, from rug ID to repair techniques, cleaning chemistry and more. Classes are aimed at cleaners of all sizes, knowledge and experience levels and are developed and taught by ARCS members who make their living practicing the subjects they are teaching. New classes are always being developed and added. Below are a few of our upcoming classes.

If you are organizing an event that you would like to have promoted on the ARCS website, please send us a link and short blurb for our consideration.
